Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, the order will be processed and shipped, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 25 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or activewear items with built-in underwear liners (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and your preferred size/color.
  2. We’ll confirm availability and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to our return address above. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
  4. Once the original item is received and approved, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
