Order Cancellation & Modifications
You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel or make adjustments. After this time, the order may be processed, and changes may not be possible.

Exchange Process
To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size or item you would like to receive.
2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and respond with instructions for returning the item.
3. Ship the Item: Once approved, please package the item securely and send it to our warehouse address:

4. New Item Shipping: After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, we will contact you regarding any additional charges or credits.
Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

• Activewear (T-shirts, leggings, shorts, etc.) that are defective or incorrect.
• Accessories (hats, bags, etc.) that are damaged upon receipt.
• Shoes that are defective or incorrect in size or style.
Non-Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

• Unauthorized Returns Minor Issues and Partial Refunds

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Shipping Fee Responsibility
We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to a mistake on our end. For exchanges due to incorrect sizing or customer errors, the shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
